No manual mileage needed. We calculate the driving distance automatically from WV14 7LF, Bilston to your site postcode using Geoapify. The attendance fee and return journey at £0.75 per mile, plus applicable VAT, are calculated securely before Stripe Checkout opens. Review the total on Stripe before deciding whether to pay. This is a genuine payment request and does not confirm engineer availability.

Attendance bands: £200 for 0–50 miles; £250 for over 50–150; £300 for over 150–200; £350 for over 200–250 miles, plus return travel and applicable VAT. Journeys above 250 miles require a quotation.

Delivery, returns & warranty

Deutz Doctor Shop,   returns policy we offer a 30 day return policy providing that goods are returned unopened and in the condition they were received. should you receive a damaged item we must be notified within 48 hours of the delivery.  all customer queries and returns should be emailed to spareparts@deutzdoctor.com.  We are not a partner or affiliated to Deutz AG we simply just specialize in the Deutz engines products.   Used spares are non returnable.    Spare parts that are new all have a 12 month warranty with the exception of wear items such as belts and filters.   To claim warranty on a item purchased email: service@deutzdoctor.com with your warranty request purchase another item and return your faulty item on warranty being granted we will credit you within 30 days.    Items ordered before 4pm will be shipped with next day delivery.  Deutz Doctor shop is property of Rhine Powered Machinery LTD.
